Welcome + Agreement

These Joint Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of any product, course, service, or membership offered jointly by Whitney McQuade Consulting Limited (operating as The Female Entrepreneur Community®) and Mindful Expressions Inc. (operating as Online Digital Network), collectively referred to herein as “the Companies,” “we,” “us,” or “our.”

By purchasing or accessing any jointly offered product including the AI Leaders Room membership and related programs you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

These Terms apply to all offers sold through our official checkout platforms, including Kartra, Stripe, or PayPal, as well as any promotional links shared by either company or their representatives.

By checking the box or submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.

1. The Parties

These Terms govern the relationship between you and the following two companies operating as a joint offering:


Whitney McQuade Consulting Limited

A Canadian company operating as The Female Entrepreneur Community®. Governed by the laws of the Province of New Brunswick, Canada.

Mindful Expressions Inc.

Operating as Online Digital Network, Governed by applicable Canadian law.

References to “the Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our” throughout these Terms refer to both entities collectively unless otherwise specified.

2. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, videos, templates, designs, graphics, and written materials provided by either company are protected by copyright and remain the intellectual property of their respective owners Whitney McQuade Consulting Limited and/or Mindful Expressions Inc.

You may not:

  • Reproduce, distribute, republish, sell, rent, sub-license, or otherwise transfer any part of our materials without written permission from the owning entity

  • Copy or share course materials with others who have not purchased access

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with our websites or systems

  • Misrepresent yourself, your business, or your affiliation with either company

Violation of these terms may result in immediate revocation of access without refund and potential legal action.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our websites and products only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations. When engaging with community features, forums, or comment sections on either platform, you warrant that:

  • You are entitled to post any content you submit and hold all necessary consents to do so

  • Your content does not infringe any intellectual property rights of any third party

  • Your content does not contain defamatory, offensive, indecent, or otherwise unlawful material

  • Your content will not be used to solicit or promote unauthorized commercial activity

Each company reserves the right to monitor, moderate, and remove any content deemed inappropriate, offensive, or in breach of these Terms.

4. Sale of Goods & Services

We sell digital products, online programs, memberships, and related services jointly through our combined offering. All product details, pricing, and inclusions are described on their respective sales pages at the time of purchase.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any offer at any time. Scope of service is as agreed upon and described at the point of sale. Dissatisfaction with results, provided the agreed-upon scope was met, does not constitute grounds for a refund.

5. Payments

Payments are processed securely through Kartra, Stripe, and PayPal. By submitting payment, you authorize the Companies to charge your selected payment method for the full purchase amount or agreed payment plan.


Payment Plan Terms

  • By choosing a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments in full

  • Access to digital programs may be paused or revoked if a payment fails or becomes overdue

  • Failed payments that remain unpaid beyond 5 days may incur a $25 reprocessing fee

  • Either company reserves the right to modify fees and charges upon prior notice communicated via website or email

  • Failure to make payment by the due date may result in suspension or termination of access until payment is received

No Chargebacks or Disputes

Because digital access is granted immediately upon purchase (or as stated for pre-sales), you agree not to initiate a chargeback, dispute, or reversal with your bank or payment provider. If a dispute is filed, it will be considered a breach of these Terms, and we reserve the right to pursue collection or legal action.

6. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Neither Whitney McQuade Consulting Limited nor Mindful Expressions Inc. offers refunds, exchanges, or credits for digital products, memberships, or courses under any circumstance.

Payments for services and products are non-refundable and non-transferable. In the event of a cancellation or termination of services by the Client, any payments made to date are forfeited and will not be refunded.

Please review all product details carefully before completing your purchase.

7. Disclaimer

Our programs, templates, and trainings are for educational purposes only. Neither company guarantees financial results, business outcomes, or earnings. Results depend on many factors including your experience, effort, and market conditions.

You agree that you are solely responsible for your own business success and decisions. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties, and conditions relating to our websites and the use of our products.

Nothing in this disclaimer will limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8. Memberships & Subscriptions

Some services (such as VIP Membership or software subscriptions) may renew automatically on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time by emailing [email protected].

Cancellations must be received at least 3 business days before your next billing date to avoid further charges.

9. Cookies

Both companies employ the use of cookies on their respective websites. By accessing our sites, you agree to the use of cookies in accordance with our Joint Privacy Policy. Cookies are used to remember your preferences, enable site functionality, and support analytics and marketing. Some affiliate or advertising partners may also use cookies.

10. Hyperlinking to Our Content

The following types of organizations may link to either company’s website without prior written approval: government agencies, search engines, news organizations, and online directory distributors. Any other link requests should be submitted for approval and must meet the following conditions:

  • The link must not be deceptive in any way

  • It must not falsely imply sponsorship, endorsement, or approval by either company

  • It must fit within the context of the linking party’s site

No use of either company’s logo or artwork will be permitted for linking absent a written trademark license agreement.

11. Content Liability

Neither company shall be held responsible for any content that appears on your external website or platform. You agree to protect and defend us against all claims arising from content you publish or distribute in connection with our products or programs.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither Whitney McQuade Consulting Limited nor Mindful Expressions Inc. is liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages resulting from your use of our sites, products, or services.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with any product or service is to discontinue use of our materials and, where applicable, cancel your subscription.

13. Indemnification

You agree to hold harmless and indemnify both Whitney McQuade Consulting Limited and Mindful Expressions Inc., including their respective employees, officers, directors, and agents, from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our products, websites, or services, or from your violation of these Terms.

14. Reservation of Rights

Both companies reserve the right to request removal of any links to their respective websites at any time. We also reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions and linking policies at any time. By continuing to use our products or websites, you agree to be bound by the most current version of these Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of New Brunswick, Canada. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be handled in the courts of New Brunswick, unless otherwise required by applicable law in your jurisdiction.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Joint Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the “Effective Date” will be updated accordingly. Your continued use of our products or websites after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
